Teachers, paraprofessionals, administrators, transportation staff, maintenance personnel, and support staff all play an essential role in creating a positive learning environment for students. Discussions about classroom support, staffing needs, retention, professional development, appreciation efforts, school culture, and ways to help staff succeed in serving students and families. I am advocating for better teacher pay and benefit which starts with a strong and thoughtful budget and considers need with ability. Strong schools are built through collaboration, mutual respect, and support for the people who work every day to educate and care for students throughout the district.
